A kameez that works on a bike

Long, narrow kameez and flowing dupattas do not mix well with bike chains. For cycling days, ask for a kameez that ends at mid-thigh or knee, with straight or cigarette trousers rather than wide ones, and think about leaving out the dupatta. If a design you like comes with wide-leg trousers, swap them for straight ones when you ride everywhere. Our trouser styles page compares the options.

Colleges, labs and hospital shifts

Whether your days are spent in a college, at Anglia Ruskin, on a ward at Addenbrooke’s or in a lab on one of the science parks, simple cotton and linen pieces get the most wear. If you cannot find the fabric you want nearby, Fabric + Stitching means we source it in Pakistan and show you photos first.

Cold, dry winters and hot spells

How do I pay if my bank account is abroad?

Your quote is in pounds sterling, and you pay in full by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link. Use whichever of the three works with your bank.

Can you make a dress rather than a suit?

Yes. We make Western pieces too, including dresses, skirts, tops and trousers, all cut to your measurements. Single pieces are accepted.
