Can I change the length or sleeves of a design?
Yes. Sleeves, neckline, kameez length, trouser style, lining, pieces and embroidery level can all be changed, and the final design is agreed in writing before cutting.
What happens if the outfit does not match what we agreed?
If it does not match the agreed measurements or design through our mistake, we correct or remake it without charge for the work. Tell us within seven days of delivery; postage both ways is paid by the customer.
Do you deliver inside the city walls?
Yes. Any York address is fine, from a terrace near the Minster to a flat out by the university, and your written quote includes delivery and any import duties, taxes and fees.
