Stitching for your own fabric in the UK
Plenty of UK wardrobes hold an unstitched suit or two: a lawn pack from a brand’s summer launch, dress material from a high street shop, a gift brought back from Pakistan. With Stitching Only, you send that fabric to us in Pakistan, we cut and stitch it to your measurements, and the finished outfit comes back to your UK address. There are two separate shipments, and nothing is posted until we have confirmed the fabric with you.

What you might send from the UK
Pakistani brand packs bought online or from shops in Southall, on Green Street or along Stratford Road in Birmingham; Indian dress material from Belgrave Road in Leicester or Ealing Road in Wembley; fabric bought by the metre from a market. Posting your fabric from the UK
Once we have confirmed that the fabric is suitable and enough, and agreed how to send it, you book the shipment yourself: a tracked international service from the Post Office or a courier. Declare the contents honestly on the customs form, for example “unstitched cotton suit, three pieces”, with their real value, and keep the tracking number until we tell you it has arrived. A note inside with your name and quote reference helps us match it to your order; our guide to posting your fabric has more detail.
Timing for Eid and the seasons
Because the fabric has to reach Pakistan before making starts, Stitching Only takes longer overall than Fabric + Stitching. The 5 to 7 working days of making begin once your fabric has arrived and your quote is paid in full; the journeys either side are extra and vary. If you are working towards Eid, a wedding you are attending or a winter trip, enquire early through the UK quote form and put your date on it.

Photograph your fabric
Send daylight photos of every piece, with the lengths if you know them, and tell us the design you want.

We confirm it before you post
We check the fabric is suitable and enough for your design, and agree how to send it to Pakistan, before anything goes in the post.

You send it, we make it
Once your fabric reaches us and your quote is paid in full, we cut and stitch it in 5 to 7 working days.
- 04
Your outfit comes back
The finished outfit is shipped to you as a second, separate delivery, with delivery and any import charges already in your quote.

Do I pay import charges when the finished outfit comes back?
No. Your written quote includes delivery to your UK address and any import duties, taxes and courier fees, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. Posting your fabric to Pakistan is arranged and paid for by you, unless your quote says otherwise.
What if my suit is short of fabric?
We tell you before you post anything. Often a different trouser style or sleeve length solves it; if not, Fabric + Stitching lets us supply the fabric for the outfit instead.
