Measuring in a dorm room

You do not need a tailor to measure you. A soft tape, a friend or roommate to hold it, and twenty quiet minutes are enough. Measure your body rather than quoting a US dress size, keep to inches or centimeters throughout, and follow the size guide for where each measurement is taken. If you own a kameez that fits well, its measurements are a useful check.

From the Diag in January to graduation in spring

Crossing the Diag in a January wind calls for a lined khaddar or karandi kameez under your coat, with full sleeves and straight pants that tuck neatly into boots. Cotton kurtas that survive a shared laundry room do the work in fall and spring. For commencement, an Eid dinner or a Diwali event on campus, something a little dressier is worth planning.

Yes. Single-piece custom orders are welcome, and the minimum order is one suit. Your written quote sets out exactly what the piece includes before you pay.

How do students usually pay?

Payment is made in full, in advance, by bank transfer, Wise or a card payment link. Customers in the US choose whether the quote is in US dollars, euros or pounds sterling.
