Desert heat outside, deep air conditioning inside
Casinos, hotels and convention halls are kept cool, so the jump from a hot parking garage to an icy interior is part of daily life. A breathable cotton kurta with full sleeves, or a co-ord with a light dupatta, copes with both. In December and January, when nights can approach freezing, a lined cambric or khaddar kameez is the better choice.
After a long shift
If you work nights or long days, comfort matters more than anything when you are off duty. A band-collar kurta with wide-leg pants is soft and relaxed, and UNLV students like a straight kurta that goes from class to a part-time job. Both are cut to your measurements, not a standard size.
Dressed up for Eid or a party
Las Vegas is known for celebrations. For Eid, Diwali or a wedding where you are a guest, a long kameez with an embroidered front panel and a band collar is dressy without being heavy. Our tiered maxi dress is another option, and you can customize it with a different neckline or a lining, then send it through the quote form for the USA.

Is there somewhere in Las Vegas to collect my order?
No. There is no pickup point, store or studio in Nevada. The finished outfit is shipped straight to the address you give us when the order goes ahead.
Does the dry desert air change what fabric I should choose?
A little. Cotton and lawn breathe well in the heat, and a lining helps on cold winter nights. Linen is comfortable but creases, so it suits short evenings out better than long shifts.
