We confirm the fabric, the quantity and how to send it before you ship anything; it then goes to Pakistan by a tracked international service, and the finished outfit returns to California as a separate shipment. Your quote includes delivery and any US import charges, so there is nothing extra to pay when the package arrives, and our United States page has the background.

Do you have a studio in San Francisco or anywhere in the Bay Area?
No. There is no studio, store or appointment anywhere in the US. Everything is ordered online, made in Pakistan and shipped to your address, and your measurements and design are agreed in writing before cutting.
