Cut for heat, humidity and cold offices
For most of the year Houston calls for breathable natural fibers. Lawn and cotton are the obvious choices, with cambric for the short cool spell in winter. For summer pieces, consider:
- An easy fit through the body, so the kameez does not cling on a humid afternoon.

What fabric is best for a Houston summer?
Lawn is the lightest and coolest, followed by voile and fine cotton. Cambric is heavier and suits the short cool spell in winter. Synthetic linings hold heat, so cotton is the better choice where a lining is needed.
Can I send a suit I bought on Hillcroft Avenue?
Yes, subject to fabric suitability and sufficient quantity. Contact us with photos first; once we have confirmed the fabric and the arrangements, ship it to Pakistan by a tracked international service with an accurate customs declaration.
Do you deliver outside the city, to Sugar Land or Katy?
Yes. The finished outfit can be shipped to your address anywhere in greater Houston, and your written quote includes the shipping cost and any US import charges, so there is nothing extra to pay when the package arrives.
